Process & Delivery
Goddess C.A.T. sends out packages via U.S.P.S. Certified Priority mail plus signature confirmation.
The United States Post Office fee for these charges is $10 which Goddess C.A.T. will assess at check out.
Starting from your order date, please allow 1-10 business days for your order to arrive (this includes payment processing and mail time).
Orders made after 4:30 p.m. on Sundays will be processed on Wednesday in accordance with our business hours.
This flat fee enables our customers to receive their goods in a timely manner and at a competitive rate since this price covers all products weighing up to 70 lbs.
Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.
Privacy
Goddess C.A.T. respects your privacy, however, our site will ask you to provide us with personal information needed to form a customer account with us.
All information gathered on this site is used solely for our retail purposes only, so rest assured Goddess C.A.T. will never resell your personal information to a 3rd party.
This is a secured site, so once you make a purchase from us and it's validated, your credit card numbers are no longer on file with us. Your numbers are protected by your chosen email and password to be viewed by you and anyone else you gave permission to view your account page.
No Individual Resale of Products
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only.
You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Company policies.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site to the extent permitted by applicable law, however we do not claim to always be error free.
Gift Code Policy
Gift Codes can only be used once per transaction. Multiple code entries at one time are not allowed.

All sales on this list are subject to EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days from the process date (the 2nd date where the store completed your order), including in-store and online purchases:
The offer for exchange only for BOTH in-store and online purchases becomes null and void after 14 days from the process date.

Online Only: Arrived Damaged:
Online: If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify via email by contacting us at: goddesscatstore [at] yahoo [dot] com within 48 hours of receiving the package and report it (please place "Re: damaged goods" in subject heading), otherwise we will not process it as a damage exchange.
Please mail the damaged product(s) immediately along with the receipt and we will gladly send you another product at our expense. Failure to send the damaged goods to us within 14 days of your email will constitute acceptance of the product as is.
