"Goddess C.A.T. especially wants women of color to know and feel stunningly beautiful," says Goddess C.A.T. creator/owner, Ifeanyi Chijindu. "Especially since they rarely get validated."

Ifeanyi's personal struggles with cosmetic options for herself combined with her passion for beauty prompted Ifeanyi to create a line of cosmetics flattering every complexion, not just those with pink undertones.

Ifeanyi believes the maintenance of one's outside usually reflects what's going on inside.

Moreover, she feels everyone should be given the tools to make themselves feel and look good, especially ethnic women and men whose needs are often ignored.

"There's nothing like helping someone else realize their own beauty, potential and worth," says Ifeanyi.

"Empowering another woman is like helping my mom, my sister or my best friend. I see myself in my customers--it's that simple. And when they're happy, so am I. It's an amazing feeling. What could possibly be wrong with that?"
